AI4Eyes is an innovative SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) startup transforming eye care through AI-powered clinical decision support, starting with dry eye disease. We work at the intersection of clinical research, artificial intelligence, and real-world healthcare, collaborating closely with optometrists, ophthalmologists, academic partners, and advisory boards. Our mission is to turn cutting-edge research into validated tools that integrate seamlessly into everyday clinical workflows.
About the role
The AI Intern will contribute directly to the development and evaluation of AI models powering AI4Eyes’ clinical platform. This is a hands-on, research-driven, and highly technical role focused on robustness, reliability, and real-world performance of multimodal clinical AI systems. The intern will be supervised by Adjunct Professor at McGill University and work closely with AI4Eyes’ Head of Technology.
